WAVES is a stunning, modern apartment decorated in Scandinavian style. A perfect self-catering holiday home for those wishing to be close to the beach and amenities. Just 5 minutes walk from the town centre and steps away from the beautiful 2 miles of golden sandy beach. The marina (boasting a range of shops, pubs and restaurants) is just around the corner.

Perfect for family getaways, water-sports, cycling/walking, bird watching or to view spectacular sunsets over the beautiful Exe Estuary.

The space

The street level front door opens into a small entrance (for storage of coats and shoes) which in turn opens into a spacious open plan area with a fully equipped kitchen (containing dishwasher, microwave, fridge and free standing cooker); open plan living area with a flat screen TV with Freeview channels (and built-in DVD).

Patio doors lead to an outside area which is a wonderful private space perfect for Al Fresco dining. The patio area has uplighting to help you set the mood in the evening.

The accommodation has a utility room (containing a washing machine, freezer and there is a USB plug for charging devices) which in turn leads to a bathroom with shower.

The large ground-floor bedroom contains twin beds (please note we can convert the beds to a super king sized bed if you require…(please confirm on booking) and two good sized wardrobes. Stairs lead to a first floor bedroom retreat (King size bed) with sea and estuary views.

WAVES is equipped with a high chair for a young one as well as a travel cot (excluding bedding) and also two stair gates.

There is a secure shed to the front which is great for storing bikes or water sports equipment. The shed also contains a selection of beach equipment including a beach trolley, parasol, wind breaker, beach beds, crabbing lines. beach games and buckets and spades.

The property is also accessible via a side gate with access to the patio.

Guest access

WAVES has a dedicated off-road parking space which is clearly marked. (Please note this is a covered car port – height clearance 2.5m).

Entrance to the property is street level and the bathroom and twin/king size bedroom is situated on the ground floor.

Road Directions

  • Take the A376 into Exmouth. At the roundabout alongside Marks and Spencer turn right and continue until the next roundabout.
  • Take first left and then take 2nd right into St Andrews Rd. The Apartment is towards the top of St Andrews Rd just after Alston Terrace.

Public Transport Directions

  • Train service from Exeter runs to Exmouth Station which is literally a 10 minute walk to the apartment
