Enjoy lessons and hire in windsurfing, paddle boarding, kayaking and the Mega sups.

We welcome family groups, junior clubs, school residential camps with archery, woodcraft, team challenges and much more.

We also offer rustic barn weddings: 16th century cob ceremony barn, large reception barn. Two nights for 28 people included in lodge and cottage.

You can stay with us: holiday lodge and cottage, self catering , 56 campsite pitches with 40 electric hook ups, 10 x hard standing grass pitches for tents, caravans and motorhomes.

Road Directions

Head to Littleham, over bridge, right at Clinton Arms, carry along country lane, campsite is on your right.

Public Transport

The bus to Sandy Bay stops at Clifton Arms.
Train to Exmouth, beach walk (3 miles or taxi or bus).
