Exmouth Land Train

Travelling in a giant loop, this hop & off service is the perfect way to get around with ease. The train runs between the town and the seafront  so that you can explore the town’s independent shops and cafes. With lively and informative commentary from their ambassadors the route conveniently incorporates  Exmouth’s two main long car stay parks!  Dogs welcome to travel as well.

Running 10am – 4pm daily in the high season

Public Transport

Active Travel Exmouth is a local group passionate about getting around without using the car. Their website gettingaroundtexmouth.org is dedicated to help people find the best way to do this with information on public transport in our town.

Accessible Exmouth

We’re extremely fortunate here that our 2 miles of promenade is wheelchair friendly. Blue badge holders can park for free along the Esplanade (Seaward side), however please note that charges still apply in the district council car parks.  A map of wheelchair friendly paths can found on Active Travel Exmouth’s website gettingaroundexmouth.org.

Funding has been successfully secured for several beach wheelchairs, which will be available to people with limited mobility to use. These specially adapted chairs will enable more people to access and enjoy our beautiful beach. Visit Exmouth Town Council’s website for updates on how the project is progressing.
