Pirate Week at World of Country Life Exmouth

If you’re stuck for something to do this half term then look no further than the World of Country Life where there be a whole week of swash bucklin’ fun…

Ah haaa me hearties – it’s half term Pirate Week from May 28 – June 1 at the World of Country Life.

If you’re stuck for something to do this half term then look no further than the World of Country Life where there be a whole week of swash bucklin’ fun with all sorts of piratey activities throughout the week!

Including daily Pirate shows performed by the fantastic ‘Dressed to Kill’ – a professional act that is back by public demand, rest assured they don’t live up to their name!

Peer into your telescope and you would be hard pushed to find a Pirate Ship bigger than the one in the giant sand pit at World of Country Life Exmouth! Children just love running in and around the ship and walking the plank while adults enjoy a well-earned rest, a cuppa or a snack from the Tractor Takeaway overlooking the ship.

It’s all undercover too!

The team at World of Country Life always get involved with the theme and don their fancy dress outfits so don’t be surprised if you are met at reception by Captain Hook, even park mascot ‘Appy Angus has his very own pirate outfit!

The park is open 10 am to 5 pm. Check out their website www.worldofcountrylife.co.uk for a full timetable of all activities for the week which of course will include the usual daily activities including: goat walking, bottle feeding, animal racing, deer train safari and birds of prey flying display.

So dust off your Pirate hats and plastic parrots and join the party – shiver me timbers!!
